MARKETS

Farmer’s Markets create opportunities:

  •  For farmers to sell the fruits (and vegetables) of their labor directly to consumers

  •  For consumers to learn about where their food comes from, who grows it and how

  •  For communities to come together around high-quality, fresh, local foods and the people who produce them.

For a Farmer’s Market to be AgroLegacy certified, at least half of the vendors/farms must be registered with the program.
